COVID-19 RESPONSE – In an abundance of caution, I am not booking any weddings at this time.  In the meantime, I have some availability for a curb-side license signing, where you and your fiance will not leave your car, and all social distancing protocols will be in place.  If you are interested in this service, please go to my Contact page, in the form choose the Paper package and in the notes mention you would like curb-side service.  I will arrange for a time and a place to meet you in the Arlington/Regency area.  Please understand that there will be limited availability for these time slots, so please contact me at least a week before the date you would like your license signed.
